建议楼主前面3个月忍耐一下，基本上是苦忍住的，3个月以后，你可以使用后入式做爱，这样既能保护胎儿，又能让老婆得到做爱的快感，不感觉累，还能让器官更紧密的贴合在一起，同时达到高潮
